  • Yes! Skip a week by logging into your account and clicking the “SKIP” button at the top of the page. Login to your account here or directly from the link in the menu texts you receive from us.

  • We delivery throughout the greater Victoria area and up the Saanich Peninsula - from Langford to Sidney.

  • Nope! You can order without a subscription by choosing our Periodic Parsnip option at checkout. You’ll receive the weekly menu by text and can order only when you’d like.

    If you find you’re ordering most weeks, you can switch to the Easy Vegan Member Subscription.

  • Not at all! You have 2 flexible options:

    Receive our weekly menu by text and order only when you’d like. No commitment, just order when it works for you.

    Easy Vegan Member
    Subscribe and simply “skip” in your account before the weekly cutoff for any weeks you don’t want. Your order auto-processes Thursdays at noon unless skipped, making this a great option if you plan to order most weeks.

    Both options give you full control - you’re never locked in and can switch from one to the other whenever you want!

  • We use phone-number login to keep things simple and secure. When you sign in, you’ll receive a one-time code by text instead of needing a password.

    We’ll only text you about your orders and send our weekly menu — nothing extra, nothing spammy, and never shared with outside marketers.

  • Yes! We have at least 2 gluten-friendly (i.e. made without gluten) recipes every week and often more than 2. These are tagged with a “gluten-friendly” label on the menu, so they’re easy to find.

    We use the term “gluten-friendly” because our kitchen does have gluten present and we therefore cannot guarantee that one of our gluten-free meal kits (or cookies or sauces) is perfectly celiac-safe. We do our best to avoid any cross-contamination by packing the gluten-free recipes separately and sanitizing everything when switching between recipes.

  • We take allergens and cross-contamination seriously. Meals and add-ons containing common allergens (nuts, gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, mustard) are packed last and kept fully separate from allergen-friendly items.

    We also thoroughly sanitize all equipment and surfaces when switching between products to help ensure a safe production process.

    While we follow strict procedures, all meals are prepared in a shared kitchen.
